OUTSTANDING from beginning to end. Our party of 21 adults, truly loved the facility and the many attractions available for group fun, ie fishing, Tubing, White water rafting, shopping etc. It is our intention to return in the future. We thank Jerry and Mrs. Marshall for being the perfect HOST and HOSTESS.

We enjoyed our stay at Splash Mountain Inn. The cabin was just as described. There was plenty of room for our group to spend time together doing many different activities. The location was great. We enjoyed visits to some of the surrounding attractions as well.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. There were plenty of entertainment options when it was raining with the game room, pool and theater as well as a TV in each bedroom for those who needed a break from the group. We had plenty of room for each family and the house was well stocked. We were afraid we had chosen a house too far out from town, but it was an easy commute into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville as well as easy access to the National Park. Jerry and Pam were excellent hosts and so easy to deal with. I reserved a long time in advance and was in contact with them several times with questions and each time their responses were prompt and helpful. The cabin is easy to get to and although it is located in a little subdivision we found it to be very quiet and never felt crowded. There is plenty of room to park several cars. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

We loved your property! The kids in the group enjoyed the games and pool and everyone loved the bunk rooms. They loved the queen sized bunk beds and all slept very well. The other rooms were comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing and activities. The only drawback was the lack of good pots and pans, bowls. Cooking was sometimes difficult because of the poor quality of pans, but I bought one to use so all was well! Thanks so much for your availability!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Cosby cabin. It is so spacious our family of 12 didn’t have to see each other. The beds are pillows are nice and comfy. Our 4 grands enjoyed the pool but the adults thought it was too cool. Heard the tile will be replaced soon and then it will even be nicer. The housekeeper, pool guy and owner are all friendly. Wish the people before us were a little neater and hadn’t damaged things. If we are ever back to Cosby we definitely would rent again.
